I ripped this essay topic of my English workbook.
Was written quite sometime back.
Write about some things about the future that worry you.
Having worries about the future is something that the majority has in common, as for me, it's no different.
Being the smartest species among the animal kingdom, it's only convention for us to worry about the future.
And many of times it's not just one issue that is perturbing us, knowingly or not, I believe that most of us actually keep mountainous piles of worries inside us.
The irony is, worries aren't something that we should be shameful off, in fact worries actually prepare us for the future and in many situations it helps us to become a better person.
As an 'O' level student its patent that one of my major worries now is my academic results. And on top of everything, my career in the distant future.
Of course, like any other teenagers I definitely have more worries to name, but I believe that the above are the ones that are constantly whirling back and forth inside my head.
Looking at the two worries I have on hand, I easily consider the latter to be a much bigger obstacle than the former.
In my honest opinion, the O levels shouldn't be much of an obstacle as long as sufficient effort is being poured into my academics area.
Optimistically speaking, doing well academically is actually a choice rather than a chance.
As for my career, it's a different story entirely.
At the age of 17, I am fully informed of how tough is it to survive in the 21st century, especially when I am living in a highly developed country.
As a matter of fact, even the local degree holders are getting jobless and according to the media, desperate ones even took up jobs that paid them as low as an janitor.
Having this cruel fact on hand, who knows what the situation will be when I step into the battlefield of wits a decade later.
I can't be certain about much for now but all I know is hardships must be endured and even fiercer competitions have to be faced.
Concluding, I guess it's no secret that being haunted by worries is an unavoidable fact in our entire stretch of life.
Still, I believe that the most critical part to succession is setting goals and taking the initiative to stride forward to it.

Critics and constructive comments are welcomed!
I seriously want to improve my writing style in the shortest time possible.
Mine feels like pre school compared to
THIS ...
simple and short about ur worries.
when i was at ur age my main concern was i able to achieve my dream goals; would i able to live the life i wanted when i was younger; and 1001 elses. looking back, i have only achieved the first step and i have many more steps to walk on but i know i will achieve them in time and all i need is the confidence and the optimism to keep me moving forward no matter how many times i fell to the ground.
