It's good to quarrel with ... yourself.
Thursday. 3.6.08 7:43 am
Since my last estate shift, taking tedious bus rides had became the norm for me.
An one way trip to school takes me at least an hour daily and it's worse to hit the arcades/city area during weekends.
Despite my arrogant ways in my blog, I am no rich kid at all.
My parents earns an average income when compared to the rest of the country's citizen, or even below average.
I don't own any Ipod or even a proper music player.
And naturally, I do not have the luxury of owning an laptop/palmtop which allows me to catch the latest anime series on public transport.
So killing time on public transport had never been an easy job for me.
Not forgetting to mention that,
FUCKTARDS on buses only make it longer.
Other then contemplating on the most pointless issues on buses, which is exposed to most of you readers.
I have also taken the habit of quarreling with myself over the years.
It is fun, crazy and constructive, for me at least.
Fun because, I like discovering methods of using words and looking at things from a million different perspectives.
Crazy because, the obvious. Who in the proper mind will do shitz like this without any plausible reason.
Finally, constructive because ... I have several reasons.
- When killing time is concerned, its the best activity that I have formulated in bus.
- It's good in a way whereby, it stimulates all different kinds of chemical and builds up connections in your brain.
- Gradually, your eloquence will also be improved mystically even though words are articulated through your mouth when doing so.
Two issues that's the most effective in time killing branches are personal conduct to political climate in "whateveryounameme" country. lulz.
Trust me, I have tried it myself and it works!
Thats all for this post.
I have more agony to rant on but just too lazy to elaborate now.
Heh, I am having this drive of writing pointless articles nowadays.
PS: Elaborating on the part of not having an decent tech gadgets. Even if I do have any extra cash on hand, chances are they will be invested in figurines/anime merchandise rather. So no complains on this part.
i would say i'm from a comfortable family because we get to go to restaurants to eat gourmet but even so my sis and i never crave for the latest gadgets in the market like ipods or handphones unless it's necessary. even though i'm earning my hard earn money now, i never indulge myself in purchasing branded outifts like topshop and such or even changing my outdated nokia phone to some newer handphone. i actually don't see the need to be materialistic. and yes ... i have a soft spot for anime collectibles but i only buy stuff that r from japan .. usually through my friends help. other than that .... money goes to passing each day and investment.
